Membership
EI membership offers numerous advantages, some of which include:
- Opportunities for professional recognition, professional development and networking
- Discount rates at EI conferences, seminars and other events
- Access to free advice and support, including a free copy of the Lifetime Learning Workbook and Plan and access to online career information
- Access to extensive information through the members only section of the Energy Institute's website
- Free monthly magazine and discounts on other magazines, technical journals and publications, standards and other bespoke publications.
- Free use of one of the largest energy related library and information services in the UK, including online database and research resources. The library (with hot desk facilities) consists of books, journals, annual reports, conference proceedings and reports on all aspects of energy.
Individual and affiliate member dues are £75.00 per year and can be paid online with a credit card when you join. Corporate memberships start at £500 per year.
Joining EI
All members of EI become members of the international association (headquartered out of the UK), as well as selecting a branch affiliation. The EI offers a number of membership categories for individuals, corporations and students.
